Top Villa Design respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
Our commitment involves removing infringing content when we receive a valid notice. We also provide a mechanism for content creators to dispute wrongful takedowns. We strive to maintain a platform where original design ideas and architectural concepts are valued and protected.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Top Villa Design infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must comply with the DMCA by providing the following specific information. Missing elements may cause delays in processing your request.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details like publication titles, URLs, or registration numbers.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled. This includes the URL(s) of the infringing material on topvilladesign.com.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed mistakenly or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This counter-notice must also comply with DMCA requirements. We will then provide the complaining party with a copy of your counter-notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with the location on Top Villa Design where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Top Villa Design may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Top Villa Design will terminate user accounts of those who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. This action will be taken under appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove content at any time.
